LG Innotek Announces Powerful 15W Wireless Charger

This time recharging the battery technology is becoming more sophisticated. Not only support rapid charging via a cable, but the wireless charging technology is now also common in flagship smartphones. Recently LG Innotek has announced the inductive charger 15W, equivalent to a speed fast charge using a cable.

Most wireless charger has an output of about 5W (5V / 1A), which of course makes it quite slow to charge, even took overnight to charge the battery up to full. But it does not apply to the latest wireless charger LG, where LG said in a press release that the new product will be able to charge the batteries 0-50% within half an hour, but the capacity of the battery is not mentioned.

Currently Samsung has a wireless charger that has the ability to charge the 3000mAh battery on the Galaxy S7 for 2 hours less. So, if the wireless charger LG claims that hers has similar speed cable, then to charge the battery up to full should be less than 2 hours.

Charger LG accordance with the standards set by the WPC, meaning it is compatible with all devices labeled Qi. This wireless charger will be available by the end of this month in North America, Europe, and Australia, but unfortunately the price has not been disclosed to the South Korean company.
