Endurance Test Dive Into Water 7 vs. iPhone Galaxy S7, Which Is More Resilient?

After a long time Apple launched the iPhone, iPhone generation 7 and 7 Plus is the first iPhone to feature a water resistant, thanks to the IP67 certificate owned this smartphone. Not only water, both smartphones are also resistant to dust. For water resistance, iPhone 7 and 7 Plus able invited to dive to a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes.

While the rival, the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge slid this year by bagging IP68 certificate, which means that they can be invited to dive into the water up to 3 meters, which technically means the ability of both superior to the newest iPhone. However there are quite interesting, recent tests have proved otherwise.

The video below uploaded by EverythingApplePro, where they threw a 7 second iPhone smartphone and Galaxy S7 with a maximum depth of 10 meters and leave lying for 5 minutes. Prior to this, both phones are embedded into the water and the longer will be increased depths, both of which still survive. But when it reaches a depth of 10 meters for 5 minutes, unlucky for Galaxy S7 dead.

But this does not mean that the Samsung Galaxy S7 is a bad device, due to the depth of 10 meters alone exceeds IP68 limit that only a maximum of 3 meters, and it was still pretty good. But this is little to prove that Apple is making products that actually qualified. Unfortunately, the smartphone due to water damage are not included in the warranty, so that even waterproof iPhone users also have to remain cautious.
